Your meal plan is a 100% customized based off some important information that you provide in the questionnaire. To start off it’s based off the specific goal that you have to Build Muscle, Lose Fat or to get absolutely shredded. This will be calculated by your Height, Weight, Age, Body Type & How active of a lifestyle that you life everyday by calculated your TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) this is very important because everyone’s activity level is different and bodies are different this formula is the most accurate way to figure out where we need to start you and how many calories you need to consume for your goals.
Once each client's estimated TDEE is calculated, then I build a meal plan where their calories are in either a calorie deficit (-500 below TDEE) or a calorie surplus (+500 above TDEE). This depends on each clients goals, whether the goal is to build as much muscle as possible or the goal is to as lose fat as possible by building muscle in the process. Once I calculate the number of calories (which is specific to each and every client), then calories are split into the macronutrient split of protein, carbohydrates and fats for each client to achieve their goals based off the preferences of food groups you enjoy the best and can adhere to in your meal plan!
